We celebrate employee’s long service leave, both verbally and financially. 20% of our staff have been at Hayes 20+ years, with our longest serving employee at 43 years! In our regular email staff updates and on the TV screens positioned around the workplace, we recognize and celebrate new employees, employee work anniversaries, new babies, apprenticeship completions, and all the good things happening at work and in the community.
