The Hayes Rapid Change Purlin Mill is a heavy duty forming line designed for the production of C & Z purlins. This patented design has three major unique design features:
- Rapid Size Change. The machines allows for any size purlin to be produced (within machine design parameters) The tooling carriages move into position in seconds, allowing rapid size changes with minimal down time.
- Rapid C – Z Change. At the push of a button the machine can be re-oriented to roll C or Z purlins in a matter of seconds.
- Automatic Gauge Adjustment. For all thickness from 1.2mm to 3.2mm the machine automatically gauges to suit material thickness. The system utilised is simple, effective and totally maintenance free. No operator intervention required.
