The MW Folder is purpose designed for the manufacture of trim/flashings up to 1.6mm thickness.
The machine structure is of all-steel fabricated construction, with all working surfaces accurately machined.
Clamping, folding and slitter carriage functions are hydraulically operated.
The folding apron is fitted with a removable steel insert, to allow small shoulder folds to be undertaken.
Controls are mounted on a pivoting arm for operator convenience.
Features:
- Linear bearing travelling carriage designed for use with slitter, pan swage rolls or safe edging attachment.
- Control features both manual joystick fold angle control and pre-selectable fold angle push button control for use with 'standard' or repetitive angles.
- Full length foot-activated clamp safety release bar
- Roving foot-operated clamp lock-out switch.
