Paul Simmons - Engineering Manager


Paul joined Hayes International in 2011 after eight years in a management position with a manufacturer of rollformer and coil processing equipment. Prior to that role Paul spent seven years as engineering manager for a large garage door manufacturer where the development and operation of a rollforming, and high performance manufacturing plant was central to the company’s success.

Paul’s engineering team is focused on keeping Hayes customers in the front of the pack with machines that deliver improved productivity, reliability and operator efficiency. The team have a depth of experience in machine and tool design that is second to none. As part of the Bradbury Company they share knowledge globally and deliver solutions that has brought the group to the top of the industry.
 
 

Ross Fowler – Research and Development NZ


Ross joined Hayes International in 1986 and has had over 25yrs total experience in engineering, as a Fitter and Turner, Mechanical Designer Engineer, Engineering Manager and Project Management.

Ross recently accepted a full time position for new Research and Development projects to ensure that the company keeps up with the latest technologies through innovative design.
