Craig Bedford - Customer Service Manager NZ
Craig Joined Hayes International in 1995, based in the machine shop, then moving through machine assembly, commissioning and installations before taking the service/sales support role. As Customer Service Manager, Craig works closely with all of Hayes staff to provide support for our customers from installation through to warranty, including spare parts and problem solving.
The experience Craig has gained with a wide range of our equipment enables him to travel throughout the world for equipment commissioning and servicing.
Craig also plays a key role in machine R & D, and was responsible for the success of our recent Generation II Autocurver and Sheet metal Folder control developments.

Les Heikell - Customer Service NZ
Les has been with Hayes since 1982 and has had various roles in Hayes, including installation work. Les provides service and spare parts support to new and existing customers, specialising in folding equipment while also project managing the rebuilding of used machinery.

Grant Bremner - Customer Service Manager Australia
Grant is part of the Hayes International service team and is based on the Gold Coast. Grant also provides worldwide customer support either on site or by phone/email.
Grant has been associated with the rollforming industry for more than 10 years and joined the Hayes team in 2006. Grant brings his extensive project management skills to the team and is enjoying the opportunity to expand other skills that this position provides.

Justin is part of the Hayes International service team. Based on the Gold Coast he combines field service work with manufacture, and brings new skill sets to the team to meet our customer’s needs.
